Wahoo !!
We got more than the shark did.

Dave, John and Bob had two days of fine fishing, catching Blackfin tunas and Wahoo's on tackle they brought for testing.
There were no problems with the rods or reels, except for being a little light on line capacity. Though the tackle was designed for smaller fish,  you can see from the photos, you can land the really big ones.  Maybe I wouldn't try hooking a Blue Marlin with those rods and reels, but I sure wouldn't be afraid of taking on any other game fish we catch in Key West.

Enjoyed the fun with you guys and we'll see again soon. Capt. Carl Rees

Dave's Wahoo bit, and got bit.

John's 55.8 lb. Wahoo is currently leading the MET tournament, and I suspect will win the men's 12 lb. division. Check out the rod John is holding. All the fish pictured on this page were caught with those rods and reels. Light tackle is the most exciting way to spend your day of fishing, just make sure your tackle can handle the punishment.

Little ??Black fin fun !!  Tuna !!
