Steve Smith holds his over 20 pound Blackfin tuna caught using the latest prototype baitcaster from Abu Garcia. For three full days of fishing we brutalized the reels with fish like this tuna. Though the reels are intended for freshwater use, they performed flawlessly for capturing numerous heavy saltwater species. If you have plans for purchasing a new baitcaster with performance and more, just hold your dollars a bit longer. This "reel with no name ,yet" will be available at tackle stores very soon.
Jim  McIntosh holds a pair of Mutton snapper that shared a live Ballyhoo that got to close to the bottom. The live Ballyhoo was rigged with a stinger hook intended to be eaten by a Cero Mackerel or Kingfish. It is always a bonus to catch two fish for the price of only one bait.
Patrik Svensson with a tough fighting Blackfin tuna. I have the videos from your dance with the tuna Patrik. Will try to get them to you soon.
Berry Johnson holds just one of numerous Barracudas caught using the Abu Garcia prototype baitcaster reels. With the extreme punishment that saltwater fish can put your tackle through, it's no wonder why anglers world wide look to Abu Garcia for fishing equipment they can depend on for extreme fishing.

Much Thanks to the fine folks at Abu Garcia.
Best regards,
Capt. Carl Rees
